About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service professional to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT. This full-time position is based in Muar District Johor, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
• Providing timely, accurate and empathetic support to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring customer information is accurately documented
• Suggesting process improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and effective customer service delivery
• Participating in training and development programs to continuously enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a wide range of customer enquiries
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
