About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team at Heng Yuen Minerals (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients in Ipoh, Perak.

What you'll be doing

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
2. Respond to customer issues in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve problems efficiently.
3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
5. Provide recommendations and feedback to improve customer service processes and policies.
6. Contribute to the development of customer service training materials and initiatives.

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably within the mining or manufacturing industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work well under pressure.
6. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a positive attitude.
