About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team at Heng Yuen Minerals (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients in Ipoh, Perak.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer issues in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide recommendations and feedback to improve customer service processes and policies.
- Contribute to the development of customer service training materials and initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably within the mining or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work well under pressure.
