Job Responsibility
Acts as a link between the customer and the sales team.
Assist salesperson upon request.
Handling inquiries about products including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status.
Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, etc.
Handling Live-Chat platform, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages.
Assist TikTok live chat messages upon request.
Update stock count in the system.
Follow-up on customer orders.
Job Requirements
Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
Looking for a stable and permanent job.
Required Skill(s): Good communication skill & computer literate.
Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply.
