Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Acts as a link between the customer and the sales team.
  • Assist salesperson upon request.
  • Handling inquiries about products including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status.
  • Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, etc.
  • Handling Live-Chat platform, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Assist TikTok live chat messages upon request.
  • Update stock count in the system.
  • Follow-up on customer orders.

Job Requirements

  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job.
  • Required Skill(s): Good communication skill & computer literate.
  • Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply.
