Customer Sales Support Analyst (Japanese Speaker)

Job Description

1. Build relationships and dialogue with client's Partner Development Managers (PDMs).
2. Conduct field office hours.
3. Support partner selection and empowerment by facilitating access and engagement with skilling programs.
4. Arrange periodic communications.
5. Perform partner outreach (1:1 and 1: many).
6. Proactively engage and educate internal and external stakeholders on program offers and benefits to drive adoption and retention.
7. Promote local events and activities that highlight skilling opportunities and outcomes.
8. Identify partner success stories and program impact and share them with the internal team.
9. Provide partner feedback and showcase wins to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Escalate and resolve tooling and reporting issues that affect sales performance and partner satisfaction.
11. Use and maintain CRM and internal sales process to track and report on account activities and progress.
12. Develop skills and knowledge continuously to stay updated on market trends and partner needs.

1. At least 2 years of experience in IT Sales and/or Partner Channel Support.
2. Familiarity with the IT and cloud-based technology industry.
3. Demonstrated sales performance with quota attainment and promotion based on sales impact.
4. Ability to work on complex projects by following a well-defined process with multiple steps.
5. Strategic vision and persistence in making follow-up calls, leaving voice mails, coordinating appointments, and presenting metrics.
6. Patience and professionalism in interacting with pre-defined Customers/Partners and delivering a strong onboarding experience.
7. Strong English and Japanese language proficiency, written and verbal communication skills.
8. Bachelor's degree holder preferred.
9. Microsoft Fundamentals certification – preferred.
