The Member Services role is essentially a Customer Service Relationship role. This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting members’ inquiries, and member retention to provide support to our internal partners/customers (Vistage Chairs/CEO Coaches). The job is to assist and support the Member Services Lead on member services and member retention-related work. The Member Services Team (MST) keeps the department running smoothly by utilizing strong organizational and communication skills to provide excellent customer service to staff and Chairs.
