Customer Relationship Senior Executive - Member Services

The Member Services role is essentially a Customer Service Relationship role. This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting members’ inquiries, and member retention to provide support to our internal partners/customers (Vistage Chairs/CEO Coaches). The job is to assist and support the Member Services Lead on member services and member retention-related work. The Member Services Team (MST) keeps the department running smoothly by utilizing strong organizational and communication skills to provide excellent customer service to staff and Chairs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver customer service excellence and manage the needs of our customers (Members and Vistage Chairs) through our communication channels (Phone, Email, and WhatsApp).
  • Member Services Support to Members - Direct interaction with members on Leave of Absence, Termination, Attendance Tracking, Tenure Award Plaque, and/or related Membership Support.
  • New Members Onboarding (TouchPoint Calls, Welcome Kit, New Member Fees Collections, Value-Add Benefits, and/or related Administrative Support).
  • Member Retention Initiative (Engagement Calls, Exit Calls, Member Feedback Surveys).
  • Manage and Support Members in HRDC Grant & Claim Applications.
  • Support Vistage Chairs - Direct interaction with Chairs on member’s request/ membership status and/or related Administrative Support.
  • Manage own workflow, and deadlines and submit monthly updates/reports.
  • Maintain related documents, tracking and reporting evaluations and measurements.
  • Provide excellent, professional service to everyone who interacts within the Vistage Community.
  • Being ready for any other assigned tasks as and when required.
  • Available to work on-site at events, weekends, and or travel outstation, when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM and preferably a Diploma/Degree holder.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • 2 years of working experience in a customer service role will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and is a team player.
  • Pleasant disposition.
  • Above-average command of English and proficiency in Mandarin are welcomed (As the role requires the candidate to liaise with our Mandarin speaking Members).
