Customer Relations Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Salary Package: RM 4,500 – RM 7,000
Working Days / Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Office: Gurney Tower, Penang
Reporting date: 1st April 2025 & Immediate available

Responsibilities:

  1. Main duties and responsibilities are attending our Japanese members to the hospital as an interpreter for doctor consultation.
  2. Providing medical support to Japanese members including handling hospital’s procedures, insurance claiming etc.
  3. Providing traffic police reporting support, as an interpreter for customers' car accident or car breakdown cases.
  4. Handling document and data entry into the computer system in Japanese & English.
  5. Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks.
  6. This duty requires 24-hour standby shift, providing support during non-working hours, weekends or public holidays by rotation.

Requirements:

  1. Strong Japanese language skill is a must. Prefer JLPT N2 & above.
  2. Fluent in Japanese, good in English and Malay.
  3. Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  4. Willing to travel.
  5. Official Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
  6. Off day twice per week.
  7. Nature of business: Risk management, Medical service communication & Insurance agent.
