Customer Relation Officer （TGV CINEMA）

Immediately Hiring！！！Location：One Utama Shopping Mall （MRT Bandar Utama）

Responsibility：

• Foyer Ambassador - 1st layer of usher (Greet, usher)

• Ticket Box - Sell & assisting on ticketing machines

• Candy Bar (Counter) - Selling & handling cash, at the counter

• Candy Bar (Kitchen) - Food prep

• Popper - Prepare popcorn, follow operation guidelines

• Ticketing point - Check and control hall entry (No outside food, no illegal recording device, ticket info)

• Floor staff - hand in hand with ticketing. Check cleanliness of the cinema hall, all condition of the hall, illegal activities, cleanliness of the washroom

• Booth staff - One man show staff (Promote, sell & payment)

Employee's Requirement:

1. Customer oriented(dare to speak to customer, upsell concession),

2. Willing to serve (self starter, energetic)

3. Willing to work according to the shift working hours
