Customer Experience Manager

We're Hiring! To be based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Your Role:

  1. Collaborate and inspire a team of customer support specialists to deliver top-notch service to our clients.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Development) to improve customer satisfaction and product usability.
  4. Develop and implement customer service strategies, processes, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Gather customer feedback and insights to help shape the future of our software solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the software or hospitality industry.
  2. Strong understanding of hotel operations and/or hotel management systems (PMS, POS, Accounting etc.).
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  4. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
