The Customer Commercial Support role is pivotal in facilitating the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between sales representatives and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide internal sales support which includes preparing Sales Quotation and follow-up to close orders.
• Assist Salesperson in managing customer credit limit (TAD/Appeal) and customer collection.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, file maintenance, and document preparation.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist the Sales team to follow up with customers on NPS survey feedback submission.
• Stay informed about product updates, pricing changes, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Dormant customer re-activation.
• Potentially assist the sales team to visit customers when necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Specialize in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about serving others with great enthusiasm.
