• Min Diploma/Degree holder. Good in communication, interpersonal, writing & reporting skills.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries/complaints via phone/email, generate quotations, process & delivery orders.
• Preparing reports on an ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage, monitor & follow up closely on every task.
