In your role, you are responsible to provide customer service to support customers’ enquiries related to insurance products. The role also involves recommending relevant insurance products to meet customer's needs.
Make An Impact By
Conducting outbound calls to cross market insurance products to generate new sales.
Attending to inbound calls transferred through the general hotline or via WhatsApp channel to address customers’ queries on items relating to quotation, product benefits, or other enquiries.
Handling escalated calls and managing higher-level customer service inquiries.
Managing the leads for team members within the CRM system.
Developing a deep understanding across all General Insurance products and the ability to assess customers’ needs through consultative conversations to recommend suitable coverage or products.
Identifying and building a strong sales pipeline for current or future sales conversion.
Assisting customers through the digital buying processes.
Ensuring all engagement activities comply with industry regulations and guidelines.
Providing after-sales services in the renewal of their current policy and addressing any other general enquiries in a timely manner.
Measuring monthly engagement call performance against SOPs and sales targets, and thereafter developing an improvement plan for further review.
Skills For Success
At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year working experience in customer service or contact centre is required. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply and explore too.
Equipped with basic insurance concepts and principles certification will be an added advantage.
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Willing to work on scheduled public holidays.
