Job description

Job details:

  • Intake: 21 October 2024 (Monday)
  • Working location: Melaka City
  • Working hours: Rotational Shift
  • Working days: 5 working days (Included public holiday and weekend), 2 days off
  • Employment status: This is a 1-year contract job (After 1 year will change to permanent or renew contract, based on own performance)

Job responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Follow up and resolve customer complaints and ensure they are closed to satisfaction.
  • Identify and perform cross-selling opportunities and activities by analyzing customer profiles, recommending the most suitable packages, and actively promoting the latest promotions/services.
  • Take in service applications and requests for back office or self-processing.
  • Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results & productivity.
  • Channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaints to other stakeholders or the next level within the agreed procedure.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested.

Job requirements:

  • Min qualification: SPM with 1-year relevant work experience.
  • Fresh graduates (Diploma or Degree) are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate with or without customer service experience can apply.
  • Must be able to communicate and write well in English.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and English (Dual language allowance of RM600) is an added advantage but not necessary.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Must be able to work on a shift basis with an additional fixed allowance of RM250 (1 shift = 9.5 hours) (5 working days).
  • Shift Allowance RM9/day for shifts that end at 8 PM onwards.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on a rotational shift.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka City.
