As a Customer Care Officer, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service by contacting customers to verify their sign-up details and to review the plans they have signed up for. The team is required to process the order on behalf of the digital sales.

Make an Impact by:

  1. Processing customer requests within service level and accuracy target.
  2. Acting on remedial action reports.
  3. Processing New Fibre / Add on Contents / Standalone IPTV / Mio Home applications for Consumer Group upon receiving requests from Sales Team.
  4. Processing Port In / Port Back Fibre & ADSL applications for Customer Group.
  5. Verifying with customers taking up Standalone IPTV & Fibre plans (with new IPTV services) upon receiving requests from Sales which is updated in Spear System.
  6. Calling customers for verification of their packages signed up to further arrange their appointment dates.
  7. Escalating any unresolved issues, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
  8. Participating fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings and buzz sessions, giving feedback and ideas to colleagues and the Team Leaders.
  9. Working closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
  10. Having great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Skills for Success:

  1. Diploma or Degree graduate in Business Studies/Administration.
  2. Minimum 1 year working experience in a contact centre environment.
  3. Customer-oriented with placing meeting the customers’ needs as top priority.
  4. Proficiency in English; able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  5. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment & work well under pressure.
  6. Able to support on a shift basis and during Public Holidays.
