We’re looking for a Customer Care Officer who loves solving problems and creating long-term customer relationships. This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about customer support and the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.

Make an Impact by:

• Providing excellent customer service skills to SingTel customers either by telephone or electronically to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Following up and resolving customers’ enquiries and issues.
• Retaining customers by recommending products and services that best serve customers’ needs.
• Promoting Singtel products and services.
• Working closely with team members and leaders to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Skills for Success:

• At least a Diploma or Degree in related courses.
• Preferably with at least one year of working experience in customer service or contact centre.
• Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English; the ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
