Providing nutritional and dietetic consultation services to our valued customers, creating wellness awareness, and performing sales while maintaining a fun and upbeat presence on social media. Your mission is to inspire and guide individuals towards a healthier lifestyle.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Consumer Nutrition Education & Consultation

1. Share nutrition and product information with consumers through in-person, phone, email, and social media.
2. Offer nutrition and product consultations at events and roadshows.
3. Regularly update health and product information on BiO-LiFE's social media.
4. Lead health talks and address product questions at public events.

Nutritional Health and Product Training

1. Provide training to internal and external staff (e.g., pharmacists, sales teams, retailers) in various formats (in-person, online, or digital).
2. Assess product knowledge of consultants and sales teams to ensure they’re well-informed.
3. Develop and maintain e-learning modules, training manuals, and digital materials (e.g., educational cards, videos).
4. Conduct in-person or classroom training for sales teams, retail staff, and pharmacists.

Scientific Editorial & Communication Materials

1. Lead educational sessions like live talks or professional development events for consumers.
2. Update and maintain the company’s Product Guide Book.
3. Write and update health articles and product information on the company website.
4. Assist in creating content for marketing materials like newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
5. Help with research and scientific reviews related to product ingredients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess own transport and be willing to travel to different districts/states.
2. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holders in Nutrition/Community Nutrition/Dietetics.
3. Possesses active, positive attitude, strong interpersonal & customer service skills to communicate effectively with customers.
4. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
