rhi is seeking a Customer Care Advisor for a 6-month contract role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our client is a pioneering global electric vehicle charging solutions provider that is revolutionizing the future of transportation. This is an excellent opportunity to join their growing team and contribute to their mission of making EV charging fast and hassle-free, while gaining valuable experience in the rapidly expanding EV industry.

The role & scope

As a key member of the customer service team, you'll be the voice of a market leader in the EV charging industry, handling diverse communications across multiple channels. Their innovative charging solutions have enabled hundreds of millions of miles of zero-emission driving, and they need dedicated professionals to maintain their high standards of customer support.

  1. Provide first-line support to customers and charge point hosts through calls, emails, and live chat
  2. Deliver first-contact resolution for customer queries and technical issues
  3. Stay current with the company's expanding network and product developments through comprehensive training
  4. Represent the brand as an ambassador, maintaining professional communication standards
  5. Monitor and meet service level agreements across multiple communication channels
  6. Handle customer data with strict confidentiality and security measures

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree is good to have
  2. Proven track record in customer service roles
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  4. Experience working with multiple systems and platforms
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  6. Background in managing customer interactions across various channels
