Culinary Arts & Management Trainee

We are Mosaic Morsels by JC, an upscale fine dining restaurant located in Johor Bahru, and we are excited to offer full-time positions for individuals, as well as internship opportunities for students, who are passionate about the hospitality and culinary industries.

Both the full-time trainee positions and our internships are designed to provide exposure to various aspects of restaurant operations, particularly in kitchen operations and customer service. Trainees and interns will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team, gaining valuable insights into the day-to-day running of a dynamic and fast-paced establishment.
