We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful CSR Program Manager to lead and oversee the execution of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, including the transition of the Keusahawanan entrepreneurship program into a hybrid Sustainable Entrepreneurship Program. The ideal candidate will focus on program management, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration while benefiting from work-from-home flexibility and collaboration with Taylor’s ESG team to ensure alignment with broader sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership and Execution:
- Plan, implement, and oversee CSR initiatives, including the current Program Keusahawanan and its transition to a hybrid sustainability model.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet impact goals.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of external CSR staff to deliver programs effectively.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve team objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, and local communities, to co-create and enhance CSR initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their continued support and alignment with program goals.
Collaboration with the Sustainability Office Team:
- Work closely with Taylor’s Sustainability Office team to ensure CSR initiatives complement the organization’s broader sustainability objectives.
- Leverage the our team’s expertise and resources for program development, impact measurement, and strategic alignment.
Communications and Reporting:
- Prepare program updates, financial and impact reports for internal & external stakeholders, including the leadership team and funders.
- Represent Taylor’s CSR programs in meetings, events, and public forums.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Support the manager to oversee the budget for CSR initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Identify opportunities for additional funding or partnerships to support program sustainability.
Program Development:
- Identify areas for improvement or innovation in CSR programs to enhance their impact and alignment with Taylor’s broader goals.
- Ensure the programs remain relevant and impactful in line with evolving community needs and global trends.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CSR, community development, or program management.
Skills:
- Strong project and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate programs effectively.
- Basic budgeting/financial management and reporting skills.
