Focus on enhancing the AI capabilities of our chatbot. Possess a strong understanding of AI use cases, especially in the context of a Client Servicing team. Pioneering spirit and the ability to challenge the status quo with innovative and creative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use a data-focused approach to develop and refine chatbot user interactions and user experience.
• Transform ideas into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the plan is actionable, launch-ready, and delivers a measurable ROI.
• Act as the bridge between CS operations, product, and development teams to formulate and execute initiatives introducing new AI features for service users, both internal and external.
• Understand prompt engineering to design guidelines optimizing AI RAG bot capabilities for various response generations.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base to ensure it reflects current products, services, and user needs.

Requirements:

• Strong & positive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of AI systems and knowledge base management.
• Min 3-4 years in chatbot environment (with CS environment - Live chat).
• Positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written communication skills, especially for help centers or knowledge bases.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
• Experience in content and technical writing, including proficiency in drafting BRDs for new requirements.
