Develop and implement CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships and foster loyalty.
Design and execute customer engagement programs to elevate satisfaction and improve retention.
Develop and refine segmentation strategies to optimize targeted marketing campaigns.
Monitor and evaluate CRM performance metrics, identifying opportunities for system and process enhancements.
Create and maintain customer journey maps to improve the overall customer experience.
Ensure customer database accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM, customer engagement, or marketing roles.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data and CRM tools.
