Job Description

  • Analyze customer data from your CRM to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
  • Develop customer segments to enable targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Apply predictive analytics to identify at-risk customers and recommend retention strategies.
  • Design and recommend data-driven marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing optimization suggestions based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure aligned strategies and cohesive execution.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI tools and CRM technologies to enhance data utilization and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in using Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
  • Possess knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts for predictive insights.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for customer retention.
  • Excellent communication skills to share findings clearly with teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is an advantage.
  • Capable of solving business problems through data-driven approaches.
  • Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
