Critical Facilities Director (Critical Operation Sites / Up to 60K)

To lead the operations and maintenance of multiple high-demand sites. This role involves overseeing a skilled team and ensuring that all sites operate efficiently and are well-maintained, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for day-to-day operations across several sites, ensuring all staff perform their duties effectively and within safety guidelines.

Operational Oversight:

• Ensure all building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety) are fully operational and maintained at optimal levels.
• Ensure the seamless functioning of critical systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and safety, to avoid operational disruptions.

Compliance & Safety:

• Maintain adherence to all local and regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring a safe working environment.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation:

• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient use of resources across the sites while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee the relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure projects and maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Strategic Planning:

• Support long-term operational planning, including capacity upgrades, system improvements, and infrastructure enhancements.

Energy Efficiency & Sustainability:

• Identify and implement strategies for energy conservation and sustainable practices at the facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in facilities management, with a focus on leadership roles.
• Expertise in managing multiple large-scale facilities or sites is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and guiding operational teams.
• Familiarity with industry-leading facility management systems and software.
• Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BOMA) is an advantage.
