About the role
Seeking a Crew Pelancongan Kelli's Castle to join our team in Perak. This is a full-time role that will involve assisting with the operation and management of our popular tourist attraction, Kelli's Castle.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming visitors to Kelli's Castle
• Providing guided tours and sharing information about the history and significance of the attraction
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site
• Ensuring the safety and security of all visitors
• Handling cash and processing payments from customers
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to visitor inquiries
• Collaborating with the wider team to continually improve the visitor experience

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and inform visitors
• Enthusiasm for local history and heritage, with a desire to share your knowledge
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work as part of a team
• Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the tourism or retail industry
