Crew (Night Shift) ( Palm Mall )

Job Responsibility

1. Provide excellent customer service to the customers and attend to inquiries/feedback.
2. Sell tickets, food, and drinks.
3. Adhere to the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
4. Perform proper cash handling.
5. Prepare food and drinks according to the Company’s standard.
6. Ensure and maintain all facilities and cleanliness are adhered to Company’s standard.
7. Perform all tasks according to all safety precautions.
8. Ensure Standard Operating Procedure and PAT card scripts are followed.
9. Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Work during NIGHT shift (From 6pm until closing), weekends & public holidays.
2. Able to communicate with all levels of people.
3. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level in any fields.
4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
5. Customer service oriented.
6. Experience in the service industry would be an added advantage.
