Job Responsibility

1. Always greet customers by following GSC PAT Card scripts.
2. Be in full uniform and well groomed to provide great customer service by behaving courteously and professionally.
3. Ensure customers follow GSC House Rules by informing them politely.
4. Familiarize yourself with marketing promotions, Now Showing, and upcoming movies available in the cinema.
5. Possess knowledge of and be familiar with concession products, prices, and marketing promotions (Food, Beverages, and Merchandise) available in the cinema.
6. Carry out hall sanitization and cleaning (clearing rubbish, vacuuming, and other related hall cleanliness tasks) after each show.
7. Ensure all halls are cleared and cleaned thoroughly at the end of the day.
8. Assist in keeping cinema premises clean, organized, and free from pests (Concession, Front of House, Back of House, Stockrooms, Staff pantry, Lobby, Foyer, Washroom, Hall, Hallways, Social Area, Play+ area, Box Office, e-Kiosk Foyer, Customer Service Room, etc.).
9. Check and ensure cinema facilities, amenities, and equipment are available and in working condition prior to business hours. Report any defects found to a superior immediately.
10. Operate all equipment and machines diligently.
11. Perform required checklists diligently and accurately.

Job Requirements

1. Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga (PT3) or equivalent.
2. Preferable experience in the hospitality industry.
3. Ability to multi-task.
4. Possess high standards of integrity, credibility, and reliability.
5. Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Ability to work as part of a team.
7. Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly.
