The Credit Evaluation Exec, Sr Exec & Asst Manager / Manager is responsible for processing and evaluating applications in accordance with guidelines and procedures, ensuring consistent delivery of high quality services to customers and meeting objectives set by the department while maintaining credit losses at an acceptable level. This role reports to the Credit Evaluation Team Leader and it is a prime opportunity to begin your career journey in banking within the Personal Financial Services Credit Division.

We are currently looking for talents to:

• Evaluate, recommend and approve loans with lending limits for the respective assigned regions.
• Evaluate and recommend loans for approval beyond their authority.
• Manage disagreements on credit decision with sales personnel.
• Assist the Team Leader in managing approval turnaround time for their respective regions.
• Manager role will have the approval authority on the loan applications.

Do you have what it takes? We are currently looking for talents who have:

• A recognized Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.
• Candidate will be based at our Auto Loan Center in Puchong if shortlisted for Auto Loan Credit Evaluation position.
