Responsibilities:

• To audit and verify daily site collection.
• To ensure payment received/entries are updated and posted correctly.
• To supervise and attend to complaints or inquiries on credit control matters.
• To monitor and ensure collections are meeting expected targets.
• To prepare weekly and monthly debtors and collection reports.
• To supervise monthly billing and credit control procedures to ensure timely and correct billings are properly implemented.
• To monitor and analyze the payments plan and overall collection, and to prepare and implement debt recovery programs.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related qualifications.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in the property development industry.
• Analytical, with the ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay.
• Possess strong credit control administrative abilities with good organization, communication, and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation skills.
• A team player with a strong commitment to the department/company.
