Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee a credit control system in collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and executive teams.
• Establish policies that balance customer service best practices with timely payment compliance.
• Review consumer credit reports, assess applications, and communicate approval or denial decisions promptly.
• Negotiate payment plans and set loan terms and conditions based on customer agreements.
• Maintain loan records, analyze the credit control system, and implement improvements to minimize bad debts.
• Report payment issues to management or the relevant team.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and payments, enforcing company collection procedures when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to enhance debt collection processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
