Responsibilities:

• Monitor and lead the credit control teams
• Closely monitor the renewal and collection process
• Ensure the renewal and collection process are effectively coordinated in compliance with the company's SOP
• Develop, implement, and enhance credit control policy and procedure to facilitate best practices in the credit control function
• Create and maintain the morale and spirit of teams
• Liaise with management regarding analysis updates and reports
• Deal with queries in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in managing a team and leading credit control functions
• Proactive, high integrity, independent
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
