Creative Manager

Managing team performance, providing guidance and mentorship.

Developing creative strategies according to customer demand and market trend.

Generating creative ideas in artwork and structure to meet customer requirement.

Developing and maintaining creative standards and guidelines.

Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Leadership and management skill
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in design techniques, tools and instruments
• Communication and interpersonal skill

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Art direction, graphic design or related studies
• 3 to 5 years’ work experience at similar role, ideally within Printing industry
