YOUR ROLE AS:

Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer, you will play a key role in delivering visually engaging and innovative design solutions. You will leverage your multi-disciplinary skillset across design, photography, and video production to enhance brand presence and support various marketing and branding initiatives. Passion for travel, staying ahead of design trends, and a collaborative mindset are essential to thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

• Design, execute, and adapt visuals according to briefs provided by various stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and art direction.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, branding team, and other stakeholders throughout the entire project cycle, from ideation and conceptualization to strategy, execution, and final output.
• Stay updated on current design trends and demographic behavior to create relevant and impactful visuals.
• Interpret and translate art direction and creative briefs into compelling visual content.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in a multimedia or advertising environment.
• Proficient in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Mac operating systems.
• Possess a deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color combinations, and visual art direction.
• Experience in motion graphics, photography, and video production is a plus.
• Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative assignments simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital design and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
