Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the creation of project & corporate marketing materials such as publication design, social media, printed design & project presentation slides, website design or update, and any relevant tools as management required.
2. Work closely with the team to develop and execute creative ideas for web and graphic design projects.
3. Manage several projects of multiple deadlines and occasionally assist in related tasks as and when assigned.
4. Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
5. Ensure all designs meet the company’s branding guidelines and project requirements.
6. Work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to understand project goals and target audiences.
7. Collaborate with vendors, printers, and external agencies when necessary.
8. Work on creative projects as assigned by your superior, including those from the broader group of companies.
9. Work closely with directors or marketing manager.

Job Requirements/Skills

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role for at least 2 years of experience.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills in graphic design & video editing.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), After Effects or similar design software.
5. IT literate with a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and CMS systems (WordPress, etc.).
6. Experience in UI/UX design or digital marketing is beneficial.
7. Strong skills in photo and video shooting & editing.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
9. A strong eye for detail and aesthetics, with a design-driven mindset.
10. Previous work experience in the property-related industry.
11. Strong communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external agencies.
12. Clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors.
13. Adapt to diverse project requirements within the group of companies.
