Creative Designer

Company Overview:

We are collaborating with an established public listed construction and development firm specializing in the design, development, and construction of industrial parks and commercial properties. They are currently expanding their project portfolio and exploring new growth opportunities both within Malaysia and across the region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation of project & corporate marketing materials such as publication design, social media, printed design & project presentation slides, website design or update, and any relevant tools as management required.
• Work closely with the team to develop and execute creative ideas for web and graphic design projects.
• Manage several projects with multiple deadlines and occasionally assist in related tasks as assigned.
• Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Ensure all designs meet the company’s branding guidelines and project requirements.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to understand project goals and target audiences.
• Collaborate with vendors, printers, and external agencies when necessary.
• Work on creative projects as assigned by your superior, including those from the broader group of companies.

Requirements to Succeed:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Advertising / Media, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills in graphic design & video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), After Effects or similar design software.
• Experience in UI/UX design or digital marketing is an added advantage.
