SEGi College Sarawak is seeking a full-time Course Counsellor (Sales) to recruit for the college located in Kuching, Sarawak. This role is responsible for providing prospective students with information about SEGi's programmes, helping them make informed decisions about their education, and assisting with enrolment. You will work with a team of experienced sales professionals in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, innovation, and customer service.
Job Description
To strategize and drive recruitment of students, school leavers, and working adults for the college and ensure that the personal target for enrolment and other KPIs are met.
To provide course counselling to students, parents, walk-in customers, incoming phone calls and learning/working adults for recruitments.
To organize school visits in Sabah on regular basis to create awareness on SEGi College Sarawak and build rapport with school Counsellors for student recruitment purposes.
To organize/coordinate marketing and promotional activities such as education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, talks, previews, workshops, in-bound campus visits and events that facilitate student recruitments.
To recruit local agents especially outside Kuching for student referrals.
To generate leads, build, maintain, update and follow up on database in CRM for telemarketing activities.
To assist promoting SEGi College Sarawak on Digital Media Platforms for branding, engagements and lead generation.
To prepare correspondences relating to sales and marketing activities as and when required.
To conduct market surveys as and when required.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or related industries
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work independently and meet or exceed performance targets
