We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Country Representative for Hong Kong and Taiwan to facilitate our business expansion together with our local distribution partners. Based in Hong Kong, this role will support our growth strategy in these dynamic markets. The ideal candidate will embody our corporate DNA of Lead, Sense, Create by optimizing route to market, leading with a solution-driven mindset and creating strong partnerships. How You Will Make An Impact

• Strategy Development and Execution

Establish and lead a local market strategy.
Focus on growth, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.

• Financial Management

Oversee and manage the P&L for Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Regularly assess financial performance and adjust strategies to meet financial goals.

• Market Optimization

Evaluate and enhance distribution strategies for effective market penetration.
Improve product reach and availability.

• Customer Engagement

Employ solution selling to understand customer needs.
Position Arla products as the preferred choice through emphasizing benefits.

• Digital and Stakeholder Engagement

Strengthen digital brand presence and boost customer engagement.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with significant experience in food industry sales development.
• 10+ years in FMCG or food service sales, with expertise in key accounts operations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; conversational skills in Cantonese and Hokkien are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities; able to manage and influence senior management.
• Results-driven, with high energy, commercial acumen, and strategic problem-solving skills.
