Our client is a global leading MNC who is all about their people. They are looking for a like minded Country HR Manager who loves being close to the business operationally while partnering with leadership team in a strategic manner to create the best place to work.

Job Description

• Understand the profile of the business area, the strategic goals and use this, plus any people insight data, to identify, develop, agree and deliver a strategically aligned People Plan, that compliments the Divisional & HR Functional initiatives.
• Deliver a Business Partnering service to the division leaders, whilst also acting as a trusted partner, coach and mentor for managers on people issues.
• Collaborate with centres of excellence, specialist teams and internal or external providers to ensure delivery of Divisional or Business people priorities.
• Drive and accountable for, and in partnership with the business, the delivery of a positive momentum in key people metrics (e.g. retention, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and talent development etc) in line with the business/division people plan.
• Work in collaboration with Centres of Excellence including Talent & OD, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HR systems to implement any global, regional or market initiatives and frameworks.
• Manage employee engagement, talent reviews and performance management activities using globally agreed frameworks, tools and processes.
• Organize on-boarding and work with division leaders on external training courses.
• Deliver global enterprise learning programs and facilitate internal learning programs for different groups of associates.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or other related area
• 7 - 10 years of Human Resources experience as HR Generalist
• Knowledge of Labour Laws and industry standards.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Strong organizational, time and project management skills
