We are delighted to be working with our client, a leading fintech firm, supporting their search for a HR/People Business Partner to join their growing team, based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
This will be a strategic and operational role partnering with the Global HR Director, wider HR Business Partner team as well as the HR Centre of Excellence. You will be operating in a broad HR Generalist position in a highly visible role, working closely with the Leadership Team and Managers to operationalise and enhance the HR function acting as a trusted adviser to your client groups. You will be responsible for managing and supporting annual HR processes and projects. You will operate as the key point of contact to employees regarding any HR related matters. You will build excellent relationships with your key stakeholders and support employee development and annual salary and bonus reviews for your client groups.
Ideally, you will be currently operating in a HR Business Partner role with another global financial services organisation in a broad business facing, strategic and operational position. You will be comfortable navigating fast-growing global matrix structures, as well as operating in a smaller, high touch and growing organisation, with a focus on collaboration and quality deliverables. You must have the ability to engage with stakeholders at varied levels spread across the region, building strong working relationships across the business. You are a team player with excellent consultative and interpersonal skills.
