Country Finance Manager

Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, while analyzing data for potential improvements.

Create and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and track actual results.

Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management, including credit collections.

Manage daily finance operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL, tax, and treasury functions.

Supervise and support the finance team, ensuring effective performance and guiding career development.

Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

Provide financial advice to senior management, supporting strategic decisions and financial modeling as needed.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, or MIA) preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a Finance Manager/Controller role. MNC experience is a must.

Knowledge of international accounting standards, tax regulations, and treasury.

Self-starter, agile, hands-on, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various departments and global teams.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong ERP knowledge; SAP preferred.

Preferably with experience in the logistics industry.
