Budget Performance - Prepare and assist in the monitoring and analysis of yearly budget performance against the approved budget to ensure development project business objectives are aligned to company growth strategies. Analyze, coordinate, establish and plan for annual budget such as WP&B, generation of AFE and ABR, handling of queries from JV Partners, the company, and Auditors. Monitor, control, prepare and analyze overall cost reporting which includes but not limited to variance analysis report, inclusive of AFE/ ACV status, Monthly Accrual, weekly and monthly project reports, and presentations materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and collaborate with contract holders and contract admins on post-award activities including contract changes, contract extension, contract expiry, Approved Contract Value (ACV) utilization and contract closure through effective monitoring, thorough analysis and notification on any potential contract exposure to the stakeholders to ensure no interruption to overall service commitments and safeguarding of company’s interest as well as minimizing any value leakage.
Monitor and track project expenditures, prepare Purchase Requisitions, and record all project transactions into the System.
Monitor, control and analyze overall cost & budget by performing regular detail analysis and discussion with relevant stakeholders on the expenditure pattern for OPEX and CAPEX to ensure cost-effective utilization and remain within the approved budget. Monitor and control overall Project Cost Performance strategies and mitigate cost variances while recommending corrective measures and interventions to ensure that project cost targets are achieved.
Governance - Provide support over project's sanctions, budget, forecast and change management to ensure adherence to corporate governance.

Keep abreast with the frequent changes in the networking & relationship players and with the dynamic advancement in Cost Management technologies.
Requirement
Possess a Degree in any related fields.
Computer literate and well-versed with software such as Microsoft Office and Finance related software required by the business e.g. SAP, SMARTGEP.
Good English proficiency (verbal/writing) and good communication skills.
Familiarity with PETRONAS Procurement Standard and PETRONAS WPB exercise will be an advantage.
