Corporate Sustainability (Exec-Senior Exec)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in formulating Sustainability/ ESG strategies and plans;
2. Implement and execute the planned Sustainability/ ESG initiatives and programs.
3. Coordinate, monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives.
4. Develop and manage the company's Sustainability communications to relevant stakeholders including employees, suppliers, customers, and communities.
5. Facilitate the development of Sustainability-related training, workshops, events, and programs for stakeholders.
6. Organize and prepare training materials related to Sustainability strategy as an internal awareness program.
7. Conduct study and analysis of the Sustainability/ ESG opportunities relevant to the industry and Company.
8. Monitor and work on ESG rating by ascertaining and measuring sustainability efforts and monitoring sustainability indicators.
9. Conduct assessment and benchmarking against relevant Sustainability requirements and standards.
10. Collate and analyze company-wide qualitative and quantitative data related to ESG.
11. Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, presentations, infographics, and website disclosures/updates.
12. Stay up-to-date with emerging sustainability trends, standards, technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Environmental Science / Marketing & Communications / Accounting / Finance / Banking / Economics / Business / Engineering or equivalent.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player.
3. Equipped with critical and analytical thinking skills.
4. Strong work commitment and self-starter with the desire to learn.
