Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Job Description:

1. Develop and execute the corporate social responsibility strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.
2. Identify key areas of focus for CSR initiatives that reflect the company's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations.
5. Oversee the implementation of CSR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with established goals.
6. Manage budgets and resources effectively to support CSR projects.
7. Develop and implement employee engagement programs related to CSR activities.
8. Foster a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility among employees.
9. Prepare and communicate CSR reports to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Ensure transparency and accountability in CSR activities.
11. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in all CSR activities.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in CSR management, sustainability, or related fields.
3. Strong understanding of social and environmental issues.
4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
5. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in CSR management or related roles.
6. Experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies and initiatives.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
9. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
