- Identify key areas of focus for CSR initiatives that reflect the company's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations.
- Oversee the implementation of CSR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with established goals.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to support CSR projects.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs related to CSR activities.
- Foster a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility among employees.
- Prepare and communicate CSR reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in CSR activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in all CSR activities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CSR management, sustainability, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social and environmental issues.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in CSR management or related roles.
- Experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
