About the role

MAXCOM MM SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our corporate clients.

What do we need you to do?

• Identify and target new corporate clients through research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations by providing exceptional service and support.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and seizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by closing deals and expanding the client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams (principle, marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
• Enhance sales pipelines and monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance and market conditions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs and targets by acquiring new business, strengthening existing client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to meet corporate clients' needs.

What do we need from you?

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
• Candidates with previous work experience in Sales field will have added advantage.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
