We are headquartered in Kelana Jaya and are currently in a huge growth phase. We are seeking a full-time Corporate Sales Executive.

The Role

This is an entry-level role with a focus on pursuing sales and marketing activities to achieve the company’s annual projections:

  1. Document Management: Manage project and contract documents to meet customer requirements and submit reports and credit applications as required.
  2. Relationship Management: Maintain post-contract communication and provide ongoing service.
  3. Collections: Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of payments.
  4. Project Administration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational efficiency.
  5. Team Support: Support the sales team with various administrative tasks as required.

About you

This is an entry-level role, and training will be provided to the right candidate. We look for team players with a can-do attitude and are driven to succeed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualification: A tertiary degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.

Technology: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in both languages to effectively communicate with clients.

Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic and willing to learn, open to feedback to grow within the role and business.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
