Corporate Sales Executive

As a Corporate Sales Executive at Sun Bus Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our corporate customer base and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This full-time position is based at our offices in Senai, Johor, providing an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative and forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and executing sales strategies to attract new corporate clients and grow existing accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
• Conducting market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients.
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business deals.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless client service and project execution.
• Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups to drive conversions.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets by implementing effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Handling client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or transportation industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
