About the role

As a Corporate Sales Assistant Manager at BEACON HOSPITAL SDN. BHD., you will play a vital role in supporting the corporate sales team to drive new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. What you'll be doing

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the corporate sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and maintaining detailed records.
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and generating leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the company's CRM system.
• Support the coordination of client events and other corporate initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing sales or administrative support role, preferably within the healthcare or professional services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proven experience in data management and CRM systems.
• A team player with a positive, proactive, and customer-centric attitude.
• Tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing, is preferred.
