CORPORATE FLEET SALES EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE

• Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client base.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and fleet buyers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to attract corporate buyers.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, and after-sales) to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to improve performance.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations for seamless vehicle delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Keep updated with competitor activities and market conditions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of corporate sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
