Corporate Finance Officer (Business Expansion)

• Responsible for preparation of monthly management account and report and group reporting packages in timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare financial budget and forecasting and financial analysis report to support management in business decision making.
• Coordinate quarterly/ annual audit with external auditor, internal auditor and any other regulatory audit.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory reporting e.g. Annual Audited Financial Statement, Tax Return, Annual Return, etc.
• Assist in preparing material for Board of Director, e.g. BOD Meeting, EGM, AGM, etc.
• Act as main contact window in liaising with Taiwan HQ for overall financial reporting requirements and submission.
• Ensure overall compliance in accounting standards, statutory filing requirements and company's policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, banker, company secretary, other professional and regulatory bodies.
• Support any ad-hoc assignment when required by immediate superior.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/ Accounting, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in listing company will be an added advantage.
• Experience and knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
