Corporate Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Finance Manager to manage the financial aspects of our operations, investments, and strategic decisions. This role involves budgeting, financial analysis, investment evaluation, risk management, and ensuring financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to provide accurate financial projections.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis to support decision-making and improve performance.
• Evaluate capital projects and investment opportunities using NPV, IRR, and other financial models.
• Manage capital structure, financing, and relationships with lenders and investors.
• Oversee M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Optimize treasury management and ensure strong liquidity.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting/Professional Qualification (ACCA/MICPA/CIMA).
• 10-12 years of experience in finance, with 4-6 years in corporate finance within manufacturing.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of MFRS and financial regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
