Role Summary:
The Corporate Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping Ireka’s financial strategy, managing corporate finance activities, and ensuring robust financial health. Reporting directly to the Deputy Group Managing Director, this position requires a seasoned finance professional with a solid track record in corporate finance, financial analysis, and capital management.
Key Responsibilities :
·Strategic Financial Planning:Lead strategic financial planning and analysis to support the company's long-term growth objectives and optimize capital structure.
·Corporate Financing:Oversee financing activities, including debt and equity financing, project financing, and capital market transactions.
·Financial Analysis & Modelling:Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other corporate transactions.
·Risk Management:Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
·Budgeting & Forecasting:Drive the budgeting process and manage financial forecasting to support business decision-making.
·Stakeholder Engagement:Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; an MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field, with a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning.
· Proven track record in capital raising, debt restructuring, and/or M&A activities.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior management.
· High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
