Corporate Communication Assist.Manager/Senior Officer (HK$32K-HK$40K; 5-day, Kowloon Bay, Listed Com.)

Our client is a listed conglomerate who is urgently seeking a Corporate Communication Professional to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Craft contents (newsletters, website etc.) to deliver corporate messages and stories to promote the Group’s brand, mission, culture, and values.
• Develop effective and innovative communications approaches/materials so that all levels of employees can embrace the company’s messages, believe in those philosophies, and behave accordingly.
• Support management in their communications with employees through different channels.
• Develop communications initiatives/plans; propose and organize employee engagement campaigns and corporate events.
• Create, maintain, and enhance all channels of communications by constantly reviewing, editing, refreshing, and updating them to make them user-friendly for internal audiences.
• Assist in the execution of corporate events/projects and other ad-hoc corporate communications projects.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in corporate communications.
• Experience in an international and multi-cultural environment preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Less experience would be considered for the Senior Officer role.
